I started to make real strides in my fitness and wellness, overcoming a lot of hurdles in my past. This new sense of mental strength, forgiveness, freedom, self love, and self accountability unlocked a sense of purpose for me to want to share my struggles and HOW I overcame them to help others overcome theirs and take control of their lives, emotions, and the path to their success and happiness. My past gave me the pain, but also the hunger, fitness gave me the realization I can overcome anything, and Life coaching and Mentorship gave me to tools to help others and keep bettering myself as well. I have a client who was almost 300lbs, unhappy with their career, family, and self. Creating a cycle of depression and unhealthy habits. Now I’m happy to say that client has lost 150lbs, found self love and self happiness, has almost doubled their yearly salary, Runs a small painting business on the side, and has purchased a home for their family. This client is an embodiment of my system and understanding that self happiness and healing as well as having a purpose with planning and executing with consistency as well as hard work will allow you to bring the things you want into your life, and this client is trying to instill some of these skills and values into their children and family.
